Do you charge sales tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax.

Can I have my gifts shipped to a different address?

Certainly. Just fill out the "ship to" address portion of your order form at checkout.

What is your standard method of shipping?

All of our products are shipped either USPS or UPS ground. Please see our shipping policies page for specific information. All orders normally ship within 5 business days of order. If any product requires any additional time to produce and ship, this information is always added to the particular product information.
NOTE: Understandably, our engraved, personalized products, such as Mini Pulpits or other Pastor-Leadership Plaques, require more time to prepare. 

Can I have my gift personalized?

Absolutely! Many of our appreciation gifts are personalized free of charge, and some involve a fee for personalization. If a gift can be personalized, we include that information as part of the product description.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please see our "policies" page for return information. We do guarantee our products, and should the need for a return arise, we ask that you call our customer service department within 7 days, or email us at returns@pastorappreciationgifts.com to have a return authorization issued, and to be given specific return instructions.

How do I know it is safe to use a credit card on your website? Am I protected?

Every transaction on our site is 100% secure. We use 128 SSL encryption technology, which is the industry standard. You can be assured your information is secure, and you can verify our site security by viewing the security logo at the bottom of our home page. Except as necessary for order fulfillment, we do not share our customer information with anyone.

Can I order by mail?

Certainly! In fact, this is one of our favorite ways to receive orders, as many customers add a personal message with their mail-in order, which is always an additional encouragement to us.
If ordering by mail, no special form is necessary:
Just tell us what you’d like to order, by giving us an item/SKU number, and description of the product, and, if applicable, what personalization you’d like on each gift.
Remember that there is never any tax to add to your order, and all shipping and personalization costs are included in the price of the item, making it so much easier to total the order.
We do ask that you include your contact telephone number, or email address, in order to confirm we have received your order, and in case we may have any questions regarding your order.
