At Pastor Appreciation Gifts.com, the price shown for each product includes all packaging, handling, and regular shipping charges, as well as engraving and personalization cost, if applicable. 
Shipping options are standard UPS Ground (No extra charge), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Of course, we must charge the additional shipping fee for any order which is not sent via ground shipping.
 
If special shipping is needed, this is selected during the order process. There are absolutely no additional charges or fees added to your order during the "check-out" process, for any order shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.  

Please note that we require 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS manufacturing time before Pastor-Leadership Plaques, including Mini-Pulpits, actually ship. Many "ship-to" locations require as many as 5 days UPS Ground shipping time … so please determine the exact shipping method before you place your order.

However, at this time, we are unable to ship orders internationally, to countries outside the United States. We can still ship to US Territories, or APO/FPO Military addresses.

We always ask that you order your engraved, personalized gifts as early as possible, so that shipping time via UPS Ground is never an issue, and this will save you any extra shipping charges.

Please contact us at shipping@pastorappreciationgifts.com for shipping information on orders shipping outside the continental United States, which includes orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to ship our largest items outside of the continental United States:

If an item is received damaged in shipment, we will promptly ship a replacement free of charge, and we will pay for shipping the damaged product back to us. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. When you contact us, we will issue a return authorization number, and give specific return instructions. A refund will be credited back to your credit card, minus the original shipping charges (if applicable), or we will offer a replacement, free of charge. Note that we do not charge a restocking fee on returned items, and refund 100% of the retail price. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charge, if applicable. We will pay all shipping charges for the replacement item, and pay to have the item returned to us. We do require that you use the original shipping carton to ship the item back to us.
