Shipping Policies

At Pastor Appreciation Gifts.com, the price shown for each product includes all packaging, handling, and shipping charges, as well as engraving and personalization cost, if applicable. It is important to us that there are no “surprises” when you get to checkout. As you shop, the total amount in your shopping cart is shown in the right-hand column, and is immediately updated as you add products. You will know-exactly-what the final total of your purchase will be, as absolutely no fees or charges are added to your “total” shown. All orders normally ship within 3-4 days of order. See our policy, below, pertaining to back orders. We will make every attempt to see that your gift items are shipped with as minimal delay as possible.

Our normal shipping method is UPS Ground. On occasion, we will ship via USPS, or a local carrier, to take advantage of a better shipping rate.

We will email you tracking information, as soon as your shipment is available for viewing within the carrier’s system.

NOTE: Understandably, our engraved, personalized products require more time to prepare, such as special etched mirrors, Mini Pulpits, Pulpit-Top Plaques, etc.

If any product requires any additional time to produce and ship, this information is always added to the particular product information.

We always ask that you order your engraved, personalized gifts as early as possible, so that shipping time via UPS Ground is never an issue.

Of course, if you have any concerns over shipping times, when a particular product will ship (if you are facing a deadline), or any other shipping/delivery time concern, just email us @ customerservice@pastorappreciationgifts.com

 

+++ MINI PULPITS RUSH SHIPPING +++

The only time we charge additional shipping charges is for UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Delivery, only available for our Mini Pulpits. For the Mini Pulpits, we will always need a 7 day window to get the Mini Pulpit delivered to you. For instance, if you order a Mini Pulpit on Friday, and need it by the following Friday, we would have to ship the Mini Pulpit on Monday, UPS 3 Day Delivery, in order to insure that you receive it by Thursday, which allows for a one day delivery “cushion.” Because of the added charge for the 3 Day Delivery, we charge an additional $12.00 Shipping.

The Mini Pulpits have a shipping weight of between 4-5 lbs. You can imagine the shipping charges for Next-Day or Second-Day Delivery. For this reason, we do not offer Next Day or Second-Day Delivery for our Mini Pulpits.

Again, we encourage you to order as far in advance as possible, in order to avoid any additional charge for shipment.

 

Please contact us at shipping@pastorappreciationgifts.com for shipping information on orders shipping outside the continental United States, which includes orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to ship our largest items outside of the continental United States:

If an item is received damaged in shipment, we will promptly ship a replacement free of charge, and we will pay for shipping the damaged product back to us. Please email us at returns@pastorappreciationgifts.com , or call our customer service department at 866-478-7017, and we will issue a return authorization number, and give specific return instructions.

Backorder Policy

Our policy is to ship all items as soon as available. If a product is not available immediately upon order, we will ship all available items, and email you with shipping information on the back-ordered items. In the event that an unusual delay in shipping one or more items occurs, we will personally contact you with this information, giving you anticipated shipping dates. We will make every attempt to see that your gift items are shipped with as minimal delay as possible. Should you wish to not wait for the item to become available, we offer you the option of a full refund of the back-ordered item's retail price, or an exchange for another item of the same price. Please email us at backorders@pastorappreciationgifts.com, or call customer service at 866-478-7017, in order to have us adjust your order for you.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with any gift purchased from Pastor Appreciation Gifts.com. This is a 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us @ returns@pastorappreciationgifts.com or contact customer service at 866-478-7017, and we will do whatever is necessary in order to resolve any issues you may have. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. When you contact us, we will issue a return authorization number, and give specific return instructions. A refund will be credited back to your credit card, minus the original shipping charges (if applicable), or we will offer a replacement, free of charge. Note that we do not charge a restocking fee on returned items, and refund 100% of the retail price. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charge, if applicable. We will pay all shipping charges for the replacement item, and pay to have the item returned to us. We do require that you use the original shipping carton to ship the item back to us. If an item is received damaged in shipment, we will promptly ship a replacement free of charge, and pay for shipping the damaged product back to us.
