What is your standard method of shipping?
All of our products are shipped either USPS or UPS ground. Please see our shipping policies page for specific information. All orders normally ship within 5 business days of order. If any product requires any additional time to produce and ship, this information is always added to the particular product information.
Can I have my gift personalized?
Absolutely! Many of our appreciation gifts are personalized free of charge, and some involve a fee for personalization. If a gift can be personalized, we include that information as part of the product description.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please see our "policies" page for return information. We do guarantee our products, and should the need for a return arise, we ask that you call our customer service department within 7 days, or email us at email@example.com to have a return authorization issued, and to be given specific return instructions.
